Program Registration is Closed.

This program is for Magyal Pomra Encampment (MPE) veterans who wish to begin or deepen their study of the Trident text. MPE vets who are entering the Trident path may receive the reading lung and the first module of Book One along with the Trident binder.

Those who have already completed Trident Book One may receive the lung for the new Trident practice along with related text and will be able to buy a bound copy of Book One.

The cost of the program includes a $50 Heart Gift to the Sakyong.

There is a materials fees for this program. The amount varies depending on which track you enter.

All members of the Dorje Kasung are invited in to the program for Saturday evening mess and aSunday program on the Path of Kasungship. Please come even if you are not receiving Trident at this time. If you are coming to just Saturday's mess at 06:00 PM or Sunday's program you do not need to register, but please let us know so that we can plan.

MPE veterans must register and attend the full program, which begins Friday night and goes through Sunday morning.

For Trident Assembly participants, the price is $200, which includes a materials fee and a $50 heart gift for the Makkyi.

Aaron Snyder Rupön became a student of the Druk Sakyong in 1974 and a Kasung in 1976. Snyder Rupön was a member of the first Kusung squad outside of Boulder, in Berkeley in the early 1980s. He was the commander of the Dorje Kasung Training Group from 2000-2010, during which time he led the development of the Essential Heart of Kasungship program. Snyder Rupön is physician to Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche and commander of the Dorje Kasung Lamen Corps.

Prerequisites:

Trident Assemblies are only open to those who have completed a Magyal Pomra Encampment and hold a current active Dorje Kasung oath. There are no exceptions.

Location: Seattle Shambhala Center, 3107 E Harrison St, Seattle.
