How is your ride? Getting to know the Four Wheels of the Chariot
A Dharma Talk with Alison Davies

Through our practice of meditation, we are taming and training our minds to relate to things as they are and to feel them with an open heart.

There are several frameworks that can support our journey on the Buddhist path. One of them is ‘The Four Wheels of the Chariot of the Meditation Path’. Each wheel is an aspect of the practitioner which develops over time as their mind becomes more open.

Please join us every first Thursday of the month for a Dharma Talk and discussion at Thursday Open House (in-person). The evening will start at 7pm with twenty minutes of meditation. After the talk, there will be group discussion, wrapping up around 8:30 pm.

Location: Seattle Shambhala Center, 3107 E Harrison St

Alison Davies is cohost of the meditation evenings on Thursday nights. She has been a member of the Seattle Shambhala sangha for over two decades and has taught levels in the Way of Shambhala. She lives in Seattle where her meditation practice strengthens and informs her practice as a bodywork therapist.

This offering is free of cost. Donations are appreciated!
