Do We Have Everything We Need? Using the Raw Material of our Lives for Awakening
A Dharma Talk with Bret Ellerton

How can we use life's challenges to wake up? Do we have a choice? What are the options?

Buddhist teachings offer an array of perspectives and strategies to open our hearts and minds using our moment to moment experiences in daily life.
