Shambhala Sadhana – An Invitation to all Seattle Shambhala Center Members and Their Families
The Shambhala Sadhana is a practice in connecting to the basic goodness of ourselves, other sentient beings, and of society. Composed by the Kongma Sakyong, this Sadhana celebrates and strengthens our understanding of Basic Goodness and Enlightened Society.
These community gatherings are specifically meant for all Shambhala members and their families, regardless of level of practice. This is an opportunity for us to meet, practice as a group, and have conversation together.
Prerequisites: None. These gatherings are open to all Shambhala members and their families.
