    You are invited to a class featuring videos of talks from the 2011 Sangha Retreat in Halifax by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche, Pema Chödrön and Acharya Adam Lobel.

    Come for one class or for all. Stay as late as your work week allows. Whether you live on the Eastside or in Seattle, please join us -- these are excellent talks!

    July 2 -- A Culture of Basic Goodness, Sakyong Mipham
    July 9 -- Bringing Meditation into Our Culture, Sakyong Mipham
    July 16 -- The Bravery of Openness, Pema Chödrön

    Class Schedule:    

    7:00-7:30 pm -- Meditation (meditation instruction and Q&A available for beginners)
    7:30-9:30 pm -- DVD followed by discussion (leaving early is OK)
